Public data sources
DINQ primarily uses publicly available information and structured talent data, including:
- Public professional profiles.

- Project pages, personal websites, and portfolios.
- Public engineering projects and technical community activity.
DINQ organizes, deduplicates, structures, and attributes this information to help users conduct talent discovery and initial candidate research.
Private workspace data
DINQ keeps private workspace data separate from public-facing profile information.
Private workspace data may include:
- Private shortlists and saved candidate pools.
- Talent Radar configurations.
- Internal team notes, tags, and collaboration activity.
- Messaging history and account activity.
- Uploaded job descriptions, search requests, and usage data.
Private workspace data is used to provide product functionality, maintain service security, and improve the user experience according to DINQ's Privacy Policy.
Profile visibility
A Profile is a public professional profile. Information you publish on a Profile may be viewed, indexed, cached, or archived by DINQ users, visitors, search engines, or third parties.
Only add information to your Profile that you are comfortable making public.
AI processing
DINQ's AI features help summarize public information, refine search prompts, generate profile notes, suggest outreach context, and organize candidate signals.
AI-generated outputs should be treated as reference information. Users should review source links and apply their own judgment before relying on the information in a hiring process.

Data correction and account closure
You can update or correct your profile information in account settings.
For data access, deletion, portability, or restriction requests, contact support or follow the process described in DINQ's Privacy Policy.
After account closure, related data may stop being displayed and be deleted according to DINQ's Privacy Policy, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and compliance exceptions.
Sources and verifiability
DINQ aims to provide source links for candidate profiles, recent activity, projects, papers, and other public signals where available.

Users are responsible for using DINQ in a lawful, respectful, and professional way.
